The duties of these staff can adjust based on the event & expectations, but common needs are interacting with our patrons regularly, following the directions of our event managers, & working with large-scale traveling productions to ensure expectations are met. Essential Duties/Tasks: + Event Customer Support - Interact directly with customers & clients to ensure proper rules are followed while also ensuring client safety. Quick decision making based on customer requests.
