What We Want
The Program Aide is responsible for working with and supporting the faculty and program management team with a variety of tasks for any and all programs and events hosted by the Reynolds and Reynolds Sales Leadership Institute.
A Glimpse of the Job
Assistance and Support
+ Assist with research projects as requested
+ Assist with weekly tasks associated with the AmplifyU class, including attending classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:15-2:30pm (Fridays by request)
+ Manage automated processes to collect data from different stakeholders (Program Manager and Faculties)
+ Assist with creating data visualizations in PowerBI for strategic decision-making as requested
+ Help manage the Sales Leadership Institute CRM - Monday.com
+ Create procedures, and workflows to use MS Forms for applicable use
+ Create procedures for managing sign-ups for various Sales programs including Forms/Qualtrics, and any existing tools to improve the efficiency of the program and its management
+ Apply active learning principles to all projects
+ Learn or complete training on new systems as
+ needed
+ Attend Career Fairs on behalf of the Reynolds and Reynolds SALES LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
+ Help with events/meetings as needed

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience .

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
+ No previous experience required
Preferred Qualifications
+ Python
+ MS Forms
+ Canvas
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
+ Good academic record
+ Experience building dashboards and integrating multiple sources for reporting using PowerBI
+ Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot charts), Google Suite, and Qualtrics
+ Active interest in Aggie Athletics
+ Basic knowledge of CRMs
+ Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills
+ Ability to take direction and work independently
+ Consistent and careful attention to details
+ Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
+ Creative and collaborative mindset
+ Strong computer, technology, and organization skills
