Computer Skills: Proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Other Skills: • Solutions-oriented thinker that employs analytics and problem solving to all situations. • Employs a communication style that is consultative and accessible to all levels of employees, as well as managers. • May perform risk assessment and assist to define a mitigation plan • Articulates and describes situations clearly and concisely through verbal and written communication. • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast changing environment. Preferred Skills (not required): • Bachelor's degree • Previous working experience within an aerospace manufacturing environment. • Experience with aerospace (FAA) certification requirements • Knowledge of manufacturing software such as MRP, SAPs, ERP, etc. • Demonstrated ability to understand engineering drawings and requirements **But what else?
