Program Administrative Assistant

Our client in Norfolk VA is immediately hiring for a Program Administrative Assistant to join their team. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hour of resume submission.

Job Requirements

Administrative support experience in a fast‑paced office environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quicklyStrong written and verbal communication skills with diverse, cross‑cultural populationsAbility to manage multiple priorities, workflows, and program‑related budgetsKnowledge of international education practices and higher education operationsFamiliarity with social media platforms to support communications and outreach

Job Responsibilities

Lead and support the comprehensive internationalization efforts across academic, research, and community initiativesProvide administrative and operational support for Global Learning and International ProgramsSupport education abroad programs, faculty and student exchanges, and international partnershipsAssist with international student and scholar services, recruitment, and enrollment activitiesSupport international contracting, technical assistance, and globally focused academic programsCoordinate internationally oriented faculty development, curriculum initiatives, and outreach activitiesAssist with international education research and institutional collaborationsManage administrative workflows for multiple programs while supporting communication and outreach efforts

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Norfolk, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $54000.00/hr.
