Program Administration Support Coordinator
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans. **Program Administrator Support Coordinator** Do you have experience in administrative support or clerical work and want to join a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the Program Administration Support Coordinator role, you will contribute to the company’s commitment to serve others by providing support services to program staff in the provision of active rehabilitation services to individuals with special needs. + Complete ongoing required documentation for regulatory agencies, such as maintaining a client care database, incident report database, mandatory reporter calls + Complete behavior rating scales per individual served at specified intervals + Collect individual treatment plans and/or discharging reports to submit to regulatory agencies + Upload program service documentation to electronic chart + Conduct monthly chart audits + Maintain schedules of required individual dental/vision/PCP appointments + Maintain regulatory documentation binder + Complete routine safety surveys and maintain safety logs for facility Safety Compliance Director + Complete routine video review and maintain review documentation + Complete monthly QA/QI reports + Ensure that all assigned documentation or records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with legal and corporate requirements + Communicate with appropriate staff if documentation is incomplete or unsatisfactory, then ensure that steps are taken to get documentation corrected **_Qualifications:_** + High school diploma or GED required + Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred + 1-2 years of experience in an office environment; healthcare or human services environment preferred + Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks + Effective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills + Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do + Foster culture of continuous improvement **_Why_** **_Join Us?_** + Full time, Monday-Friday + Full compensation/benefits package + Paid Crisis Prevention Intervention (NCI) Certification Training + Paid CPR Certification + Lunch provided + Paid Time Off (holidays, accrued vacation, sick and personal days) + Paid Life Insurance/AD&D + Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance options + Employee Assistance Program (Elder care, etc.) + 401K: Company match + A great, energetic team **We have meaningful work for you – come join our team –** **_apply today!_** Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care.
