Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Transition & Transformation portfolio for Global Business Services, ensuring alignment with company strategyDevelop and maintain the end-to-end implementation roadmap, governance model, and transformation methodologiesOwn and manage the global GBS intake process across all operating models, ensuring stakeholder alignment (internal and external)Drive standardization, process excellence, and continuous improvement across Shared Services operationsMonitor portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and ensure effective project delivery and reportingSupport annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and achievement of savings and efficiency targetsEnable and implement scalable business solutions (e.g. location strategy, cross-functional service models)Lead global project teams delivering systems and process transformationsFoster a strong Shared Services culture, driving change, innovation, and customer-focused mindsetBuild, develop, and lead a global team of transition, project, and program managersOur requirements:
University degree required; MBA is an advantageCertification or experience in Transformation / Project / Program ManagementLean Six Sigma certification is a plus10+ years in BPO / Shared Services environment5–8 years in organizational transformation / change managementProven experience leading global, virtual teams in matrix organizationsStrong track record in managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional transformation projectsExperience in managing performance against SLAs and delivering business solutionsAbility to influence stakeholders and work in complex environmentsExcellent presentation, facilitation, and training skillsStructured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindsetStrong prioritization and self-management in high-volume environmentsProactive, customer- and results-oriented approach with focus on continuous improvementHigh level of flexibility, resilience, and process disciplineFamiliarity with global functions (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT) is an advantageVery good MS Office skills; experience with project portfolio tools is a plusFluent English (min.
