WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to the SM Clubs & Feds Operations Manager, and you will work closely with the wider SM Operations team in EHQ, the SM Football Reps in the key cities, DSM (S&IP), ELC (Distribution Centre), the Global SM counterparts, and the Global Sports Apparel team based in WHQ.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Based in EHQ, we are looking for an Account Specialist for Clubs & Federations Operations in the Sports Marketing Department. In this role, you are responsible for the service of Nike’s contracted football clubs and federations across EMEA

Prior work experience in a supply chain, operations, allocation, or planning roleStrong analytical skills which support delivering operational excellenceInnovative mentality and proven track record in leading and delivering process improvementExperience in working with cross-functional teams and (external facing) partnersStrong digital literacy is required, including proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, Cognos and TableauDemonstrated passion for football and a strong interest in the sports industry. Knowledge of current trends and developments in football and other sportsExperience working in or with sports organizations is a plusProficiency in French and Spanish is a nice-to-have

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As an Account Specialist you will be responsible for the holistic service of a number of clubs and/or federations in EMEA. The main areas of responsibility are:

Drive service excellence across the assets of your responsibility:

Product planning, forecast review, inbound tracking and deliveries planningPromo line, adoption and setupOrder managementSupport, guidance and assistance to the assets

Operational excellence

Ensure we deliver the right product at the right time and placeDevelop, monitor and execute monthly shipping plansMonitor ‘Gift of Kit’ spending per assetProactively identify and address logistic issuesEnsure inventory discipline. Monitor and report inventory levels on monthly basis.

Communication & Partnership:

Be the main contact person for the assets of your responsibility Develop meaningful relationships with our partners through frequent connectivity and supportAct as a subject matter expert for our external partners and our internal stakeholders
