HPC＆AIサービス統括本部は、HPEの最先端テクノロジーであるHPC（High Performance Computing）およびAIシステムを、日本国内のお客様環境で安定的かつ高性能に稼働させることを使命とするサービス組織です。

お客様の課題・要件に合わせて、導入前コンサルティングからシステム設計・構築、導入、運用、保守まで、ライフサイクル全体を一貫して支えることを重視しています。

対象製品はHPE Cray、E1000、SlingshotなどのハイエンドHPC製品群を中心に、お客様要件に応じて幅広い領域へ拡張します。大学・官公庁・研究所・製造業など多様なお客様の計算基盤／AI基盤に対し、運用現場に深く入り込みながら、長期的なパートナーとして安定稼働と性能最適化を支援します。

【職務内容】

- HPCシステムとしての設計、導入、構築、保守、運用支援、技術支援全般

- 最新CPU/GPUを用いた高性能計算機および、高速ストレージ、高速インターコネクトネットワークの構築

- コンピューティングミドルウェアおよび、AIソフトウェアスタック、アプリケーションソフトウェアのインテグレーション

- 計算機環境に合わせたソフトウェアのオプティマイズ

【必須とされるスキル・経験】

- Linux（RHEL、Ubuntu）のオペレーションおよび、アドミニストレーション知識とサーバの設計・構築・保守経験

- IPネットワーク（IPアドレス、ルーティング、VLAN）の設計・構築・保守経験

- ブロックストレージおよび、NAS（NFS）に関する設計経験

- シェルスクリプト（bash）の知識と開発経験

- インフラ系SI案件へのリーダとしてのプロジェクト参加経験

- 提案書、報告書、仕様書、手順書、操作マニュアルなどのドキュメント作成能力

- お客様、社内関係者と良好な関係を築くことが出来るコミュニケーション能力

- 技術的向上心、リーダーシップ、推進力

- IT全般に関する基礎的なSEレベルの機能と仕組みの理解

               - 仮想化、コンテナ、オーケストレーション

               - データベース

               - セキュリティ、認証

               - プログラミング言語

【あると望ましい経験や知識】

- Infiniband, OFED, RDMA関連知識

- GPU, CUDA, NVIDIA AI Enterprise関連知識

- Kubernetes, NVIDIA Base Command Manager関連知識

- 並列ファイルシステムに関する知識（Lustre File System、GPFS等）

- バッチジョブスケジューラに関する知識（PBS、Slurmなど）

- プログラミング言語（Fortran及びC）、並列化ライブラリ（MPIライブラリ及びOpenMPライブラリ）、数値計算ライブラリに関する知識

- 数値計算に関連したISVアプリケーション（ABAQUS、ANSYS等）および、計算化学ソフト（Gaussian、LAMMPS、VASP他）の知識

- 専用コンパイラ（OneAPI、AOCC、NVIDIA HPC SDK等）の知識

- プロジェクトマネージャ経験、PMBOK資格または知識

- 英語力（技術文書の理解、メールでのコミュニケーションを実施できるレベル）
