**Description and Requirements**
In this role, you will act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, vendors and internally, in order to fulfill contracts within scope, time and budget. You are responsible to manage and achieve SLA and KPI agreements, in addition to overall contract profitability. The Service Delivery Manager will act as the global, single point of contact committed to ensuring an exceptional Lenovo Services experience while increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the contract deliverables.
Key Responsibilities In addition to working directly with the customer’s Depot Operations Manager, the SDM will be responsible for and measured on the following deliverables. The SDM will use data-driven analysis and work with the Lenovo sales account team to identify opportunities and recommend the right set of service and support solutions based on the customer’s needs. o The SDM will provide regular comprehensive reporting around key metrics, and proactively work with the service management stakeholders to address issues and improve processes based on the analytics from key metrics. Additional responsibilities include: • Lead complex service delivery processes, develop creative resolutions to complex problems, and ensure contractual support service deliverables are understood and managed effectively.
