The Professional Sales Data Analyst specializes in advanced reporting, data maintenance, automation, and governance to streamline decision-making. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Create and maintain Professional Sales reporting through software solutions (Domo/Salesforce)
Analyze weekly sales call data to uncover trends
Use AI tools to identify patterns in data
Data validation
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Professional Sales
Collect data for monthly Professional Sales newsletter
Maintain existing reporting
Support manual data entry tasks
Assist with administrative tasks within the department as necessary
All other duties as assigned
SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge of the automotive industry
Familiarity with SQL or other query languages
Desired:
O’Reilly store or similar retail experience
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Experience with Domo or similar analytic platforms
Proficiency in SQL – Ability to read, write, and troubleshoot
Technical training or schooling
Advanced Excel skills
