Professional II, Account Management - Converse

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within the Converse Korea Integrated Marketplace team and reports to the Manager, Account Management based in Korea. The team is responsible for driving sustainable wholesale growth through strong account partnerships and consumer-focused marketplace strategies. You will work closely with cross functional partners including Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail teams in Korea to deliver profitable growth and a consistent brand experience across key accounts.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded account management professional with a strong sense of partnership and ownership. You bring a solid understanding of wholesale and retail dynamics, combined with the ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate marketplace insights into actionable account strategies that drive long term growth for Converse in Korea.
You have experience managing key accounts, supporting seasonal business cycles, and working closely with internal teams to deliver consumer right assortments and on brand execution. You are hands on, detail oriented, and comfortable balancing operational excellence with strategic thinking.
Key requirements include:

Bachelor’s degree or aboveMinimum 3 years of experience in retail or wholesale account management within sports, fashion, or lifestyle brandsStrong working knowledge of both wholesale and retail business modelsExperience managing channel sales across department stores, shopping malls, and online platforms (e.g. Musinsa, Coupang) is a plusBusiness level proficiency in both Korean and English, including presentations and cross functional communication in EnglishSolid understanding of inventory lifecycle management and margin optimizationResults driven mindset with strong ownership, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure


WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will support the execution and growth of key wholesale accounts in Korea, partnering closely with internal teams to deliver strong commercial results and an elevated brand experience. You will play an important role in managing seasonal business processes while building long term account partnerships aligned with Converse’s marketplace strategy.
You will:

Support the management of key accounts, including seasonal sell in, order management, and business planningPartner with Merchandising and Planning teams to build consumer right assortments aligned with account needs and brand prioritiesTrack account performance, sell through, and marketplace trends to identify risks and growth opportunitiesManage order entry, changes, and tracking to ensure accuracy and on time deliverySupport seasonal presentations, product reviews, and key account meetingsCollaborate with Marketing and Retail teams on account specific activations and brand initiativesMaintain account tools, calendars, and communication workflows to ensure operational excellence
