Assist with streamlining recruitment processes, automates candidate communication, and provides data-driven decision-making through analytics and AI integrationEssential Functions/Core Responsibilities Responsible for development, implementation and administration of recruitment programs.Design, build, implement and maintains recruitment software applications.Assist with development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each client, internal department, and appropriate stakeholdersCandidate Profile 2-4 years relevant experienceBachelor's Degree preferredStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverablesProficient in Microsoft OfficeSelf-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environmentProficiency in RPA software, scripting, and programming languages like Python or JavaScript.Understanding of business processes and the ability to identify automation opportunities.Ability to analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsSense of professionalism and ability to develop relationshipsStrong attention to detailAbility to handle and maintain confidential information
