If so, let's start the conversation. **Job Summary** Iron Mountain is seeking a **strategic and analytical Digital Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Finance Professional** to join our **Global Digital Finance** team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving global financial performance through the expert forecasting of revenue, cost of sales, and gross margin. You will join a high-impact team that serves as the central coordination point between digital commercial leaders, regional finance leads, and sales operations to bridge the gap between market dynamics and financial outcomes. **What You’ll Do** In this role, you will: + Lead the global forecasting process for digital revenue and gross margin, developing sophisticated financial models that link bookings and billings to ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual outlooks. + Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and regional finance stakeholders to align sales pipeline data with go-to-market strategies and margin expansion goal + Ensure compliance with organizational standards by delivering consistent financial reporting, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement, and actionable variance analysis for executive decision-making. **What You’ll Bring** The ideal candidate will have: + **6-8+ years** of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), with a specific focus on revenue and gross margin management within a global, matrixed environment. + **Strong knowledge** of financial systems and data tools, including advanced proficiency in Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel. + **Proven ability** in financial modeling and pipeline analysis, with a track record of synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights to drive business growth. + **A Bachelor’s degree** in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is preferred. **What We Offer (Benefits)** + **Competitive compensation** and benefits aligned with your experience. + **Opportunities for continuous learning** and professional growth through tuition reimbursement and dedicated career development programs.
