This is a remote role available in Danvers, MA. While specific cities are listed in the Locations section for reference, please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application.
Purpose: The Professional Education Manger, Speaker Bureau is responsible for the strategic development, governance and operational management of the company's speaker programs and bureau of speakers. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals (HCPs), internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, compliant educational events that effectively communicate the benefits and appropriate use of the company's medical devices. In addition to vendor and budget management, this role will provide regular data insights to senior management with impact reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Program Development and Management:**
+ Design and develop (in coordination with Marketing) a catalog of programs and speakers that align with the company's educational and marketing objectives. Key emphasis on development and governance of speaker programs.
+ Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of speakers, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver accurate and engaging presentations.
+ Oversee the execution of company speaker programs. Coordinate logistics for live and virtual events, including scheduling, venue selection, and material preparation.
**Compliance and Quality Assurance:**
+ Ensure all speaker programs adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and compliance standards.
+ Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.
**Stakeholder Collaboration:**
+ Serve as the primary liaison between the company and HCPs participating in speaker programs.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment of speaker bureau activities with broader company strategies.
**Data Analysis and Reporting:**
+ Analyze program data to assess performance metrics, attendee engagement, and return on investment.
+ Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for program enhancements.
**Vendor and Budget Management:**
+ Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers involved in the execution of speaker programs.
+ Develop and oversee program budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in speaker bureau management, medical education, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
**Skills and Competencies:**
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
+ In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to speaker programs.
+ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
The expected base pay range for this position is $111,000.00 to $179,400.00.
This position is eligible for a car allowance through the Company’s MOTUS program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
+ Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
+ Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
+ Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
+ Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
+ Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
+ Condolence Leave – 30 days for an immediate family member: 5 days for an extended family member
+ Caregiver Leave – 10 days
+ Volunteer Leave – 4 days
+ Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours
