Professional Affairs Specialist
**What You Will Do:** + Ensure bi weekly/monthly meetings are scheduled with Marketing/Events & Product Managers. + HCP Contract Process Management. + HCP Faculty Relations Management – working with marketing & events team. + Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated. + Ensuring Divisional Needs Assessment is prepared, approved & followed. + Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities & relations in guidance with compliance rules + Support with KPI management for the manager. + Support with continuous process and tools improvement reviews. **What You Need:** + College/B.S. degree equivalent qualifications in a relevant field. + 3+ years of experience in events management, Medical education or relevant experience in corporate companies. + Fluency in local language as well as English. + Work experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company. + Knowledge of MedTech Europe Compliance. + Microsoft Office knowledge. + Experience with contract management and processing.
