About the job:
This position supports the advancement of medical education and professional affairs, specifically focusing on surgeon training programs. The role ensures that all activities—such as events and congresses—are executed in strict alignment with Stryker’s Compliance standard operating procedures, delivering seamless processes and outstanding outcomes.
What you will be doing:
You will be involved in a variety of tasks that contribute to the success of our medical education initiatives: -
Assist with coordinating marketing and sales-related eventsDevelop foundational knowledge of products and proceduresGain awareness of the competitive landscapeUnderstand key customer segments and their needsLearn the basics of educational program designCommunicate effectively—both in writing and verballyHelp organize and support medical education courses and training programsBuild familiarity with our training delivery methodsCollect data from education programs (as part of future career development)Understand customer profiles and the importance of engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)Follow internal branding standardsUse common internal communication platforms effectivelyWho are we looking for:
Holds a minimum Diploma qualification1- 2 years of experiences is preferredStrong command of English and Mandarin languages are advantageousBackground in Compliance is a strong advantageExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesCapable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlinesDemonstrates initiative and influence, even without formal authorityComfortable navigating complex cross-functional processes and policiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Travel Percentage: None
