Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Professional, Sales Operations Customer Experience Center of Excellence (Data Analyst) to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for operationalizing a data-driven go-to-market strategy and leading transformational initiatives that scale the business and improve productivity.

The Sales Operations team serves as the company’s "connective tissue," ensuring cross-functional teams work effectively toward shared objectives while using data-driven insights to solve complex problems.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Responsibility 1: Perform advanced data analysis to drive the execution of new strategic initiatives and product offerings, providing actionable insights that support the sales and partner organization from operational readiness through to maturity.

Responsibility 2: Collaborate with Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, and regional Commercial teams to create performance reports, identify process bottlenecks, and develop solutions that enhance the representative and partner experience.

Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by providing oversight on all phases of led initiatives and modernizing commercial systems, reporting analytics, and Sales Performance Management tools.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

5 years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, compensation, or business transformation.

Strong knowledge of Python, structured problem-solving, and advanced financial and business acumen.

Proven ability in stakeholder management, multitasking independently, and communicating complex data insights to senior leadership.

A Quantitative Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
