Duties & responsibilities

What this job involves –

The Soft Services Manager will assist the onsite Lead Operational Manager with operational activities in Landscaping, Cleaning and Pest Control of the account excluding the residential areas. This includes vendor oversight and escorting, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, and work order management.The Soft Services Manager will also provide the client with communications (notifications, announces) regarding all scheduled tasks (PPM & Periodical) as well as monthly reporting in English.

Performance objectives

Client/Stakeholder Management

Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations;Using the JLL Corrigo Work order Management systems to coordinate and manage work order requests;Assist team to manage and coordinate timely completion of PPM (soft services), including the efficient completion of Work Requests on Corrigo.

Procurement & Vendor Management

Vendor Management of maintenance providers, meetings, site inspections, vendor supervision;Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works and providing escorting as needed).

Finance Management

Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Site Operations Management

Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations;Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times;Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards;Always maintain premises in neat and good working condition.

Risk Management

Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plans;Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures

Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets
