Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Billing Analyst, Billing Services to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading electronic billing (e-billing) solutions for customers requesting invoice data through third-party online Accounts Payable portals such as Ariba and Coupa.
You will join our dynamic Global Business Services team in Bogota, serving as a critical bridge between internal commercial teams and our international customers in the United States and Canada.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead and serve as the subject matter expert for electronic billing initiatives, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of invoice data through third-party portals to meet customer requirements.
Collaborate with Customer Care, Commercial, and Information Technology teams to implement end-to-end billing processes and maintain positive customer experiences.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase billing efficiency and quality.
The ideal candidate will have:
3–5 years of experience in billing, specifically involving electronic billing presentment and vendor relationship management.
Strong knowledge of electronic billing portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) and financial systems, supported by advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and preferably SQL or XML.
Proven ability in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and diplomatic communication with the fluency to interact daily with English-speaking customers and senior management.
A 4-year college degree and a high energy level with a strong work ethic.
