Job Title: Professional, BI Analyst (TCF) - Bilingual Job Description The BI Analyst supports the Travel Perk team by providing data-driven insights, creating reports, and analyzing their performance. This role leverages business intelligence tools to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and enhance decision-making processes within the operational team. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data from various sources. + Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Domo, Excel). + Assist in tracking agents’ performance against targets and KPIs. + Provide data-driven insights to support business strategies and decisions. + Collaborate with all internal teams such as QA, Training, WFM, etc. to ensure data accuracy and consistency. + Perform data analysis to identify business opportunities. + Identify process improvements related to data collection and reporting. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. + 0-2 years of experience in BPO analysis, business intelligence, or a related area. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, or other BI tools. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Knowledge of SQL is a plus. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, English and Spanish. + Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with CRM tools such as Looker. + Understanding of BPO processes and metrics. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Location: SLV San Salvador - Blvr.
