If so, let's start the conversation. **Job Summary** Iron Mountain is seeking a **motivated and precise** **Sourcing Analyst** to join our **Global Procurement - Sourcing Centre of Excellence (CoE)** team. In this role, you will be responsible for **managing the end-to-end execution of transactional and tactical sourcing activities, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance within the source-to-pay process across multiple regions** .The Global Procurement team is instrumental in driving the organization's transformation by strengthening operational delivery and enabling stronger strategic sourcing outcomes across the organization. **What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)** In this role, you will: + **Sourcing Operations & Workflow Execution:** Manage and process incoming procurement requests, including quick-bids, renewals, and Requests for X (RFx), while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting aggressive turnaround Service Level Agreements (SLAs). + **Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with business stakeholders and suppliers as the first-line contact, providing support to category managers with data analysis and guiding requestors toward approved purchasing paths and suppliers. + **Contracting & Governance:** Draft and route contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and purchase documentation using approved templates, ensuring strict compliance with organizational sourcing policies and regulatory frameworksWhat You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) **What You’ll Bring** The ideal candidate will have: + **5-7 years of experience** in procurement, sourcing operations, shared services, or purchasing, preferably within a large, matrixed, or global organization. + **Strong knowledge** of procurement and enterprise systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.), advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, and basic contract literacy. + **Proven ability** in managing high-volume workflows with exceptional detail-orientation and precision, and the ability to effectively communicate in English. + **Bachelor's degree** in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. **What We Offer** + Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience. + Flexible work options/alternative work options to support work–life balance. **Call to Action** If you are a resourceful, detail-oriented analyst ready to drive operational excellence in a global environment, apply now to become our next Sourcing Analyst.
