Responsibilities The Opportunity The main objective of the role is to assure the following KPI: 1) Direct and Indirect cost per kilogram of production in the PMF plants committed in the plan ($/kg), aiming to absorb inflation, through headcount optimization strategies, monitoring standard crews on the production line (MOD) and production areas (MOH), overtime, adding productivity to the company without affecting service (MFR). 2) Field Labor Efficiency PMF and by plan targets, to improve Scorecard PEC performance. Your Impact As Productivity Sr Coordinator your functions would consist of: Create synergies among the Industrial Engineering departments of the plants to manage and implement best practices for the indicator. Follow-up on standard vs. actual crews. Early monitoring of the volume curve with planning and ensure the required crews according to production shifts in each of the plants Monitoring of volume and payroll per plant ($/kg) Ensure the delivery of committed savings in Supply Chain Transformation capex, Digital Value Chain and other automation capex with benefits in Headcount reduction Validate savings calculation for projects with capex, for example: SCT, DVC, Postponement, etc. Teamwork with Project Engineering areas to generate projects for total or partial automation of production areas. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Professional degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering or related field Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Operations, production, or IIA- High analytical skills: able to identify improvement gaps by measuring and analyzing indicators Knowledge on Manufacturing Labor and Governmental reforms Knowledge of root-cause diagrams for problem-solving Knowledge of Excel (advanced) Strong leadership: autonomous decision-making leader, inspiring and motivating their team to meet the targets established by the company Knowledge and experience with SAP Collaboration and teamwork Creativity and innovation Strong agenda organization Knowledge of Six Sigma (Green Belt desirable) Advanced English language Knowledge on manufacturing process If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
