This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for efficiency, team development, and guest satisfaction.** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Collaborate with the General Manager and Leadership Committee to identify productivity opportunities, streamline operations, and ensure financial targets and KPIs are consistently met.** + **Develop and implement cost control strategies across labor, cost of goods sold, and operating expenses.** + **Lead the property and continuous improvement of our labor efficiency model.** + **Monitor departmental processes and drive initiatives that enhance profitability and service quality.** + **Partner with department managers to sustain labor optimization efforts and align with financial forecasts.** **The salary range for this position is $68,000 to $83,000** **This is not your typical career opportunity.
