**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Production Workers for a bakery environment in South San Francisco. Candidates should be open to flexible start times, including early morning and evening shifts, and should be prepared for occasional overtime. This role requires a commitment to working in a diverse, primarily Spanish-speaking environment, with a strong emphasis on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). **Responsibilities** + Prepare and assemble products according to specifications. + Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements. + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. + Ensure cases and pallets are configured safely and in accordance with standards. + Maintain scheduled production to meet team business goals. + Maintain regular and punctual attendance. + Notify management of any potential food safety or quality issues. + Handle standardized situations with minimal variables. + Pay attention to detail and follow written and verbal policies, guidelines, and safety standards. + Work overtime as required, even on short notice. + Operate manual and automated processing equipment. + Communicate with management about work-related or personal issues. + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Ability to deal with standardized situations with minimal variables. + Strong attention to detail. + Understanding of written and verbal policies and guidelines. + Basic math and English skills. + Ability to follow strict safety, food security, and GMP standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus. + Comfortable with heavy lifting and food handling. + Experience with labeling and packaging. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire role offering significant upward mobility.
