Responsibilities:
Perform 100% visual inspection of all gasket corners produced by the automation line
Repair minor defects found during inspection
Pack all good parts onto shipping racks for distribution
Set up racks, remove old tags, and clean as needed
Track and report all defects
Scrap unrepairable parts and follow disposal procedures
Communicate any quality concerns with Line Operators, QA Inspectors, and Supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Perform additional duties as assigned
Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior experience in quality inspection or manufacturing
Knowledge of basic production procedures and quality standards
Able to multitask and have time-management skills
Education:
High School

Qualifications:
Tape Measure Experience: Must accurately read down to 1/32 of an inch
Troubleshooting: Ability to identify minor issues and make basic adjustments independently
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot defects or inconsistencies in product quality
Measuring Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using calipers, rulers, gauges, and similar tools
Production Awareness: Understand safety, efficiency, and quality in a manufacturing setting
Communication Skills: Able to follow written and verbal instructions, report issues, and share feedback
Physical Stamina: Able to lift 35???50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Independence: Works well with minimal supervision and takes initiative
Teamwork: Willing to collaborate and support team production goals
