EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent experience required.ExperienceBasic knowledge of machinery preferred.Experience with production equipment is a plus.Familiarity with quality testing.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesBasic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.Knowledge of simple measuring devices.Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentThis role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $15.26–$22.88.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
