A day in the Life

Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Basic knowledge of machinery preferred.Experience with production equipment is a plus.Familiarity with quality testing.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.Knowledge of simple measuring devices.Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $15.26–$22.88.
