**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Worker in the Urethane Department, where you will play a vital role in producing high-quality parts. You will be responsible for various tasks involving production equipment and industrial machinery. The shift is Monday to Thursday 5:00AM-3:30PM (4 x 10hr shifts). **Responsibilities** + Remove parts from molds. + Trim and cut parts. + Perform quality control by measuring part size. + Check molds and jigs for defects. + Ensure molds and jigs are assembled correctly. + Clean and assemble molds. **Essential Skills** + General labor skills - Able to lift 50 lbs comfortably. + 6+ months of manufacturing experience in a heavy industrial setting. + Familiarity with tools such as hand drills, skill saws, chop saws, sanders, hammers, and measuring tapes. + Willingness to work afternoon shifts if needed. + Reliability, punctuality, and a good attitude. + Willingness to learn and be part of the team. + Reliable Transportation + Steel Toe Work Boots **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift experience **Why Work Here?** Our company offers competitive compensation and profit sharing, along with an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision care.
