Operate production equipment and address mechanical issuesPerform quality tests and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Basic knowledge of machinery preferred.Experience with production equipment is a plus.Familiarity with quality testing.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.Knowledge of simple measuring devices.Ability to stand continuously for an 12-hour period.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $16.78–$25.16.
