**Job Title: Palletizer Operator** **Job Description** The Tower Sealer Palletizer Operator works within the Cheese department, rotating between three workstations: bagging finished cheese blocks, sealing cheese packages, and palletizing the finished product. **Responsibilities** + Follow all GMPs and work in accordance with corporate and regulatory food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements. + Operate a forklift to move cheese from the production area to the warehouse cooler. + Run Beta Vac and bag sealer to ensure no leakers. + Weigh cheese blocks and place label tickets on blocks and boxes. + Operate and validate the metal detector. + Manage boxer and robotic operations. + Oversee tower operations. + Maintain operating records, including block counts. + Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance as necessary. + Master sanitation duties as required. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and understand work orders in English. + Team player mentality. + Experience in production, general labor, packing, loading, stacking, and palletizing. + Basic computer skills for documenting work orders. + Proficiency in mathematical operations involving whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and computing rate, ratio, and percentage. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform work independently. + Knowledge of machines, tools, equipment, and Lock Out Tag Out procedures. + Capability to lift 50 pounds. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a high starting wage and significant opportunities for career advancement.
