**Compression Mold Operator – Night Shift (Temp-to-Hire)** **Location:** Johnson City, TN **Shift:** Training on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), then transitioning to 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) **Pay:** $14.75 **Assignment Type:** Temp-to-Hire Are you detail-oriented and looking for a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment? This is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values accuracy, quality, and strong work ethic. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate compression molding and pre-form press machines according to instructions and documentation + Measure, count, load/unload parts into mold fixtures, and complete Device History Records (DHR) accurately + Perform visual inspections and use gauges, micrometers, and microscopes for quality checks + Cut rubber forms to spec, handle small and sharp instruments, and maintain clean, functional work areas + Follow work instructions and procedures to produce a variety of product families + Clean and inspect molding machines and forming molds **Requirements:** + High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience) + No prior experience required – training is provided + Ability to stand for long periods of time + Reliable transportation (no public transit available at site) + Comfortable using measuring equipment and basic computer applications + Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math (fractions, decimals, whole numbers) **Ideal Candidate Will:** + Be highly detail-oriented and able to work quickly and accurately + Have the ability to manage time and workflow effectively + Be comfortable working night shift hours and adapting to production demands If you’re ready to start a career in manufacturing and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
