EducationHigh school diploma or GED is requiredExperienceBasic knowledge of machinery preferredExperience with production equipment is a plusFamiliarity with quality testingKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesBasic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractionsKnowledge of simple measuring devicesAbility to stand continuously for an 8-hour periodPhysical Requirements / Work EnvironmentThis role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $16.78–$25.16.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
