Operate production equipment and address mechanical issuesPerform quality tests and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Education

High school diploma or GED is required

Experience

Basic knowledge of machinery preferredExperience with production equipment is a plusFamiliarity with quality testing

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractionsKnowledge of simple measuring devicesAbility to stand continuously for an 8-hour period

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $16.78–$25.16.
