Our client, a leading player in the food production industry, is seeking a Production Worker in the Blending Department to join their team.
As a Production Worker in Blending, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
 

Job Title: Production Worker - Blending Department

Location: Manawa, WI

Shift: 2nd Shift working Monday through Friday 1pm-9pm

Pay Rate: $27.50/hour

What's the Job?

Assist in the blending process of various food products to ensure quality and consistency. Monitor equipment and machinery to maintain optimal performance during production. Follow safety and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates. Ability to work night shifts from 5 PM to 5 AM. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with the team.
