**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** The assembler will utilize hand and power tools to build medical stools and other medical chairs, ensuring the fit and alignment of parts meet required tolerances. **Responsibilities** + Utilize hand and power tools to build medical stools and chairs. + Fit and align parts to required tolerances. + Work with various materials including wood, foam, rubber, and vinyl. + Read work instructions to accurately build products. + Glue foam to substrate using a spray gun, depending on department. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Experience in mechanical assembly. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + +1 year(s) of recent mechanical assembly experience or related fields such as construction, home remodeling, or auto mechanics. + Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical activities such as twisting and bending. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift operation. + Ability to use a tape measure. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a clean and well-lit environment where majority of the team has great longevity and attrition is low. The production shifts are from 6am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday and from 6am to 12:30pm on Friday. Employees are expected to adhere to physical demands such as lifting and bending. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
