As aProduction Associate, you’ll help produce stainless steel band clamps—essential components used in energy systems nationwide. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills, contribute to a high-demand sector, and build a long-term career in a clean, safety-first environment. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** + Operate production equipment—sometimes managing two machines at once. + Load materials and perform regular quality inspections. + Make basic mechanical tweaks to keep machines running smoothly. + Keep an eye on equipment performance and report any issues. + Accurately package and label finished products. + Prep tools and parts for daily production tasks. **What You’ll Need to Succeed** + Minimum6 months of experiencein a manufacturing or production setting. + Prior machine operation experience is helpful—but not required. Training is provided! **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
