**Now Hiring: Packaging Associates – Mooresville, NC** **Shift Options & Pay:** + **Day Shift:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | **$17/hour** + **Night Shift:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | **$18/hour** + **Schedule:** 2-2-3 rotation (must be available every other weekend) **Key Responsibilities:** + Ensure correct packaging materials are available based on the production schedule. + Inspect products for quality issues including improper wrapping, labeling errors, and foreign objects. + Package items into cartons/cases following specific guidelines. + Report any packaging or product quality concerns to the line leader or supervisor. + Stack sealed cases onto pallets according to layout specifications. + Wrap completed pallets with stretch film and label with production tickets. + Work with material handlers to coordinate pallet movement. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing is a plus—but not required! **Why Join Us?** + Clean, climate-controlled facility + Weekly pay + Benefits available + Career advancement and raises **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $17.05/hr.
