Are you ready to be part of the process that brings refreshing beverages to the world? We’re looking for motivated Production Workers to join our beverage production plant! As a key member of our production team, you’ll help bring high-quality drinks to life by operating machinery, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth production. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and grow, this is the perfect opportunity to get hands-on experience in beverage manufacturing! 

What you will be doing 

As a Production Worker in our beverage production plant, you’ll support various stages of production, ensuring quality and efficiency. From handling raw materials to packaging finished products, your attention to detail and teamwork will play a vital role in delivering beverages to our customers. 

 

The position will be based in Richmond, CA.

The starting salary is $23.76 hourly. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

 

Main responsibilities 

Operate production equipment such as fillers, cappers, and labelers.  Prepare and load raw materials and ingredients into machines according to production specifications.  Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.  Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging.  Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and changeovers as needed.  Pack and label finished products for shipment.  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area according to safety and sanitation standards.  Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with all safety guidelines.  Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. 

What we are searching for 

High school diploma or equivalent.  Previous experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production preferred.  Ability to operate machinery and perform repetitive tasks.  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.  Excellent teamwork and communication skills.  Willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.  Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
