Our client, an industry leader in apparel manufacturing, is seeking a Production Worker - Embroidery to join their team. As a Production Worker - Embroidery, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality textile production. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and excellent time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: St. Louis, MO
Pay Range: $18.00 an hour
Shift: M-TH 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM
What's the Job?
Embroidery Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare embroidery machines by loading threads, hooping garments, and aligning designs based on work orders and digital design files (DST, EMB). Material Selection: Select appropriate needles, threads, stabilizers, and other materials according to project specifications and fabric types. Quality Assurance: Monitor embroidery output for defects, ensure alignment and stitch quality, and make necessary adjustments to meet production standards. Routine Maintenance: Perform basic machine maintenance including threading, oiling, and cleaning to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve machine issues, including minor mechanical repairs and software adjustments.What's Needed?
Technical Proficiency: Experience operating multi-head embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan, Ricoma), and understanding of embroidery software and design formats (DST, EMB). Attention to Detail: Ability to inspect finished products for accuracy, color consistency, and stitch quality Time Management: Efficient workflow management to meet tight deadlines and production goals. Communication Skills: Clear communication with team members and supervisors regarding job specifications and production updates.What's in it for me?
