**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
+ Join our team in the manufacturing of custom, high-end decorative garage door covers.
+ You will work across different departments and production areas, engaging in tasks such as cutting wood and foam to size, gluing, applying wood veneer, sawing into panels, and staining with a UV-resistant coat.
+ Quality inspection and precise measurements are key components of this role.
+ The materials are mostly lightweight, with the majority requiring lifting of less than 5 pounds.
+ Additionally, maintaining a clean workstation is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Cut wood and foam to size and glue them together.
+ Apply wood veneer and saw materials into panels.
+ Stain panels with UV-resistant coating.
+ Perform quality inspections and take precise measurements.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in cabinetry, carpentry, framing, painting, and woodworking.
+ Proficiency in using saws and reading tape measures.
+ Experience with quality inspection and control.
+ Ability to solve problems independently.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Interest in artistic hobbies such as baking, crafts, drawing, and model building.
+ Career-oriented with a desire for personal growth and development.
+ Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, grasp, stand, walk, and perform fine manipulation with fingers.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently, both above shoulder height and below the waist.
+ Good vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth differentiation.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
