PRODUCTION OPERATOR ASSISTANT

3rd Shift – 11 pm to 7 am (Training on 1st shift for 3 weeks)1st/2nd Rotating Shift (weekly rotation of 7 AM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 11 PM)The salary rate for this position is $22.87 per hour and wage range upon qualification: $22.87-$28.28 per hour depending on your role, level, and location. Primary duties include:
Safely performing a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operating various machines/equipment safely and follow specific directionsMaintaining a clean work environmentAbility to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, life, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hrs a day. Must be able to push, pull or heavy lifting on a frequent basis. Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload. Other duties as assigned
