**Job Title: Production Associate** **Responsibilities** + Prepare and monitor the chop line to cut strands into smaller pieces. + Maintain the rack of 76 spools feeding material into the chopper. + Tie spools together for seamless transitions between active and backup spools. + Specify cut types using an HMI screen. + Monitor and remove carbon fiber buildup from eyelets and other areas of the line. + Collect and tie bags of finished product. + Learn to build backup chopper heads for the chop line. **Skills & Qualifications** + One year of manufacturing experience. + Knowledge of hand-tools and basic math skills. + Ability to work in extremely hot environments. + Comfortable wearing protective clothing including long sleeves, long pants, gloves, and steel-toed boots **Why Work Here?** The company offers entry-level candidates a competitive wage with opportunities for increased earnings over time, based on performance.
