Job Title: Production Worker - 700 Building
Job Description

Join our team as a Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in the manufacturing of magnet wire products in our state-of-the-art 700 building. As a part of this team, you will handle materials, set and operate machines, ensure quality control, and manage the storage of finished products. Our highly automated processes ensure that the physical demands of the role are minimal, allowing you to focus on maintaining quality and efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesHandle raw materials to prepare for production.Feed raw wire into the production line as needed.Set machines according to specification sheets.Operate machines and troubleshoot basic issues.Monitor the HMI touchscreen to ensure production quality.Pull and document in-process enamel samples.Use an overhead crane to move finished spools of wire.Utilize a forklift to store finished products in the warehouse.Essential SkillsAbility to work safely and independently.Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.Open to training on forklift operations.Strong tenure at previous employers.Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding written work orders in English.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction is advantageous.Good soft skills and a willingness to be trained.Ability to work independently and multitask.Keen attention to detail and cleanliness.Why Work Here?

Our facility operates on a 2/2/3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, providing flexibility and variety in your workweek. The facility prioritizes safety and comfort, ensuring an enjoyable work experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $21.65/hr.
