Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Production Worker to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient operations within our warehouse and production areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: + Operate machinery, equipment, cranes, or forklifts safely and efficiently. + Use hand tools and precision measurement instruments to ensure product quality. + Perform accurate measurements and calculations using basic math skills. + Load, unload, and sort materials using scan guns and other equipment. + Participate in receiving and shipping processes. + Inspect production lines and identify defects using tools such as micrometers. + Stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours) and lift heavy materials as needed. Qualifications: + Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. + Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately. + Familiarity with hand tools and measuring devices. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Must be able to meet physical demands of the job, including standing and lifting.
