Required Skills and Experience + Excel macro skills. + Application and knowledge of 8D, A3, and iSHIKAWA. + English. + Ability to change shifts if necessary. + Knowledge of manufacturing metrics: Safety, quality, delivery, scrap, efficiency. + Proficiency in problem-solving techniques (A3, 8Ds, Fishbone, etc.) + Use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Negotiation skills.
