**Description** Production Trainer + Spanish Translator for orientation and production during new hire orientation training period for Debone and Harvest plant + Spanish Translator for safety material, benefits, and help with paperwork during orientation process + Develop and promote positive working relationships with peers and leaders. + Assist on production floor to translate during orientation period + Assist HR with other tasks needed + Assist with other duties as assigned by HRM + Work closely with production onboarding supervisor and orientation trainer SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Professional communication and demeanor + Excellence presentation skills and ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork with others + Able to work independently + Must be willing to work in a plant/industrial environment + Able to work a flexible shift if needed + Must be Bilingual in Spanish **_EOE, including Disability/ Vets_**
