Production
▪ KPI monitoring and fulfillment
▪ Production management: Machines, Equipment, Material
▪ Coordinate with PE regarding repairs, preventive maintenenace and new equipment and tooling
▪ Participate in external and internal audits, develop and implement improvement plans
ESH
▪ Issue procedures and work instructions, ensure implementation of measures, and maintain controls
▪ Raise awareness, ensure regular ESH training and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
▪ Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
▪ Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
People Management
▪ Shift Management: Pattern & People (blue collar & department specialists)
▪ Coordinate with HR regarding people development (recruitment, training, performance, potential)
▪ Team communication and alignment
QM
▪ Communicates with QM regarding legal and corporate standards as well as customer requirements
▪ Cascades and implememts standards and requirements to department processes
▪ Participates in external and internal audits, develops and implements improvement plans
▪ Follow up quality KPIs and enables corrective and improvement actions

2 position of Bachelor degree (ปริญญาตรี), in mechanical engineering, Computer engineering, Information technology or any technical education / in general management or related field
+ Experience in Excel (Macro, Query) - Advanced
+ Experience in PowerBI (report development) - Advanced
+ Communicating effectively and working under time pressure
