As a Production Technology Advisor - MENATI, you will be responsible for
Being a focal point and responsible for Completion, Intervention, measurement and production solutions technical sales activities, processes and business growth plans in UAE, Oman, Yemen, Pakistan.Focusing on delivering the value proposition of various Baker Hughes services through helping our customers to advance well and reservoir performance and find smarter ways to improve their assets.Supporting all Oilfield Services product lines in UAE, Oman, Yemen, PakistanActing as GCea-centric focal point and builds and develops technical and commercial business relationships in collaboration with PL service delivery and sales with clients from an early engagement stage to award. Provide adequate technical due diligence support for tenders and proposals.Recognizing customer challenges, propose and recommend solutions that contain Baker Hughes services, higher value generating solutions, including cross-product line collaboration, for both the customer and BHManaging complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical aspects are involved in creating a proposal.Providing mentoring and training activities to junior petroleum engineers to support and advance the enterprise technology roadmap.Communicating effectively with other functional areas required and influencing peers to meet business objectivesDemonstrating compliance to company policies, for the entire team, including HSE compliance.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology or Earth SciencesHave a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas industryHave a minimum of 10 years of experience in reservoir including petroleum systems (oil, gas-condensate, and dry gas) in both Sandstone and carbonateHave a minimum of 10 years of experience in Production Technology and petroleum engineering aspects such as field development in completion design for exploration and production well programs.Have experience in complex completions and down-hole flow control. Include design of smart well completions, tools, and data acquisition/metering.Have experience in application of classical completion analysis methods (e.g., nodal analysis, perforation design, stimulation design) and able to identify situations where detailed simulation may or may not be required.Have experience in Artificial lift selection, design, commissioning, and optimization.Have experience in Well performance modelling, network modelling, integrated asset modelling, Nodal Analysis and data analytics.Have experience in managing wells with flow assurance (e.g., sand production, scale, wax, high H2S and High CO2).Have experience in Coil tubing operations such as nitrogen lift and acid stimulation Skilled in application of classical completion analysis methods (e.g., nodal analysis, perforation design, stimulation design) and able to identify situations where detailed simulation may or may not be required.Have experience with engineering softwares such as Prosper, Gap and NETool. Have knowledge of Digital Oil fields and production management systems.Have experience with systems and applications such as VBA, SQL, Python, PowerBi..etcDemonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to mentor others.Have experience in end-to-end contract and commercial management for products, services, and projects. Be able to travel at short notice to potentially global locations (around 30% of the time). Be a good team player and display good communication skills.Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skillsDemonstrate teaming skills to work across various internal and external organizationsWork in a way that works for you
