As a Production Technician, you will help turn raw materials into high-tech parts made from fiberglass, carbon fiber, and Kevlar. You aren’t just "moving parts"—you are a craftsperson ensuring every item we make is strong, safe, and ready for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Production Technician Job Responsibilities include:Running Machines: Pushing the right buttons to keep the big tools working. Building Parts: Putting pieces together on a fast-moving line. Checking Quality: Looking closely to make sure nothing is broken or messy.Fixing Jams: Clearing out any parts that get stuck in the machines.Staying Safe: Wearing your gear and following the rules to keep everyone hurt-free. Cleaning Up: Keeping your workspace tidy so the next person can do a great job.

Education: High School

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (anything over requires 2 people or lift device)Must be able to stand for 8 hour shiftMust be able to pass a Drug Test and Background check

Skills:

OrganizedDetail OrientedComputer Literate (Clocking in/out, daily job tracking) Basic Math
