Job Summary:\u00A0

This position\u00A0is responsible for\u00A0safely\u00A0performing\u00A0highly repetitive work to strict quality standards. This is a temporary position lasting from May - August 2025.\u00A0

Responsibilities:\u00A0

Using power pneumatic and hand tools\u00A0

Loading and unloading onto conveyors and carts\u00A0

Hanging and unhanging parts\u00A0

Brazing and soldering\u00A0

Operating machines and presses\u00A0

Operating fork trucks and hoists\u00A0

Performing quality checks and tests\u00A0

Use senses (see, hear, smell) to detect quality defects and unsafe conditions. Read and understand method sheets and assembly diagrams and follow written and oral directions\u00A0

Perform repetitive progressive line assembly of parts and sub-assemblies on any line in the plant\u00A0in accordance with\u00A0predetermined DFT methods and sequences.\u00A0

In accordance with\u00A0company policy and the union contract, assemblers must also be able and willing to meet these essential job requirements:\u00A0

Work any shift and work overtime as necessary to ensure that production demands are met.\u00A0

Work multiple jobs both within and outside his/her assigned product area.\u00A0

Use all required safety gear and equipment.\u00A0

Comply with\u00A0all established Plant rules and policies.\u00A0

Maintain acceptable attendance records at all times.\u00A0

Contribute in a positive manner to the work teams in his/her assigned work area\u00A0

Qualifications:\u00A0

To perform these tasks, assemblers with or without reasonable accommodation must be able to:\u00A0
