Join our innovative, world-class team today! **Position Specific Description** **This position is located in Blythe, California** The Production Technician at Genesis Solar Plant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the solar power generation facility. This position is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex equipment, monitoring plant operations, and executing procedures to maximize electricity production and safety. **Job Overview** Employees in this entry-level position perform power plant operations as well as maintenance on station equipment. **Job Duties & Responsibilities** Under direct supervision: + Repairs and calibrates equipment + Monitors equipment performance through testing + Applies basic electrical, mechanical, or I and C skills + Must train and qualify for Production Technician II within one year of hire + Performs other job-related duties as assigned **Required Qualifications** + High School Grad / GED + Experience: 0+ years + Valid Driver’s License (NON-CDL) **Preferred Qualifications** + None The estimated base pay for this position is $62,400.00 to $93,600.00 per year.
