Cleanroom conditions include humidity over 30%, temperature between 60–70°F, and ambient noise. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, with no makeup or jewelry allowed. The role demands frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion, as well as the use of PPE and understanding of chemical hygiene (e.g., disinfectants, solvents, IPA). You must be able to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift and occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted, using hand tools and equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
